Above Legal Age

When the rules say "(iii) be above the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside; (“Entrant”)." Does that mean you have to be over 18 correct for the US? Is there any way a high schooler can participate?

    Yes. In the US, you need to be over 18.
